Welcome to Script-Teas ("Script-Teas," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand owned and operated by Financial Misfits. By accessing or using scriptteas.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you ("you," "user," or "customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, ingredients, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, photos, pricing, or other content on the Site are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify pricing, limit order quantities, refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after charging your payment method, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and shipping information.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because Script-Teas is a consumable product, we generally do not accept returns of opened items. See our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which refunds or replacements are issued.

6. Health Disclaimer

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Script-Teas name, logo, blend names, product photography, copy, scripture pairings, encouragement cards, video messages, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Script-Teas / Financial Misfits and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe any intellectual property or privacy right; (c) transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; (d) interfere with the Site's operation; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPT-TEAS, FINANCIAL MISFITS, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Script-Teas, Financial Misfits, and their affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your purchase or use of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
