Refund & Return Policy

Consumable Product Policy
Because Script-Teas blends are consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items for health and safety reasons.
When We Offer a Refund or Replacement
- Your order arrives damaged or visibly defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order is lost in transit (no delivery scan after 21 days).
Email hello@script-teas.com within 7 days of delivery (or 21 days of ship date for lost packages) with your order number and, where applicable, photos. We'll make it right.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refused or Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages refused at delivery or returned to us due to an undeliverable address are refunded less original shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction to any product, discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare provider. Please also notify us so we can document the report. Refunds for adverse reactions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
