Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• U.S. domestic standard shipping: rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $45.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after the order ships, depending on destination.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may become available as we grow — sign up for our email list to be notified.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your package to the carrier. Once a carrier confirms delivery, Script-Teas is not responsible for stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 21 days of shipment, please email hello@script-teas.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
